Scotch egg anyone?

Ok, not everyone has heard of these before but many low carbers have. I tried to make them once before but this time they turned out much better. It is basically just a hard boiled egg surrounded in sausage; induction friendly of course! I tried putting some grated cheese between the egg and sausage layer, but most of it appeares to have melted out. I seared the outside of the sausage balls and then baked them in the oven to finish cooking the meat.
