And the winner is...?

Greg Arnold! His guess was 13 pounds and I actually weighed in at 13.2 pounds less :) We're working out the details on the prizes and might have some of them to give away so stay tuned!
This put me back down near where I was in the early months of this year, closer to my lowest weight. I also lost nearly 2 inches off my "middle".. even cooler than shedding a few pounds is shedding some inches!

This diet was much easier than I had expected. The shakes were NOT my favorite part but the shake weeks were definitely when I lost the most weight and also was the least hungry. I am going to start back a modified version of this diet for a few weeks and see if I can kind of merge weeks one and two together and see how it works for me. I talked to one of my fellow low carb friends Amy and she still enjoys her shakes even after the 6 weeks were completed.

The book came with tons of good recipes, some were good and some were just plain awesome. They were fairly easy to make (I hate complicated recipes even if they're really good) so that made me happy and interested in trying them.
